Course description
In this hands-on, administrator-level course, you will get an introduction to Cisco's UC systems and its components, including: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) CUCM Express Cisco Unity Connection Cisco Unified Presence You will cover telephony features supported in CUCM and CUCM Express, including the administrator and end-user interface options, and you will learn to configure the most commonly used features. You will also learn how to maintain your system, performing tasks such as daily administration, adds, moves, and changes.
