Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Applications on a Virtual Infrastructure (ICUCA-V) v8.5 5 days Lecture/lab
Course description
The architecture of the data center server platform is evolving at an accelerated rate. Increasing adoption of server virtualization, stateless computing paradigms, and dynamic workload mobility is resulting in greater agility and lower total cost of ownership. With the release of Cisco Unified Communications (UC) version 8.5, supporting virtualization of UC applications, these benefits can now be realized for the Cisco UC infrastructure.

This course will teach you how to deploy Cisco UC applications on the Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) and VMware ESXi platforms to more easily manage and scale voice-over-IP applications.

UC applications covered include Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified Presence.

Why Firefly?
Jointly developed by Firefly, the world leader in Cisco Data Center training, and avodaq, the leader in Cisco Unified Communications, this course is a unique offering that focuses on one of the key applications for Cisco Unified Computing.
