* Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications (TUC) is the new version of the IP Telephony Troubleshooting (IPTT) course. Note that the IPTT exam will no longer be offered after October 2, 2007. TUC is recommended for customers who are pursuing CCVP certification.
