FAQs
Do I need to install any software on my PC?
No. You can access our labs using a standard web browser. The only software that you may need to install is the Microsoft Remote Desktop browser plug-in, if it is not already installed. This plug-in is automatically downloaded when you access the lab.
What operating systems and browsers are supported?
Windows 2000, XP, 2003, or Vista are supported. Macs running Windows via VMware, Parallels, or dual-boot configuration are also supported. Internet Explorer 6.0 or later is required due to the use of the Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

Why can’t I access the labs using a different OS or web browser?
We use Microsoft RDP because it provides significantly better performance and stability than other cross-platform remote desktop solutions.
Can I access the lab from behind my corporate firewall?
Yes. In some cases, you may need to ask your IT department to temporarily modify the firewall rules in order to access our labs. These changes do not compromise security and are routine procedures for nearly all companies.
What do your customers have to say?
We have used our remote labs in 100% of our technical training classes for the past 5 years with across-the-board positive feedback.
